HOW LONG DOES AN ESTIMATE TAKE? HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
A. An estimate takes about 20 minutes of your time. Depending on the damage it may take longer. In a hurry? Give us your contact information and let one of our estimators look at your vehicle. When the estimate is complete, he will email it to you. For hail damage estimates plan to leave your car with us for a day. Our estimates are always FREE. Q. WHAT HAPPENS IF THERE IS HIDDEN DAMAGE NOT SEEN IN THE ORIGINAL ESTIMATE?
A. Once your vehicle has arrived for repair, our auto body professionals will do a comprehensive inspection to look for any hidden damage. If additional damage is found then your AutoSport estimator will add a supplement to the original estimate that was written. You will be contacted and informed of the additional cost involved to properly repair your vehicle. If this is an insurance repair then we will contact the insurance company and inform them of the additional damage found.

Q. DO YOU WORK WITH MY INSURANCE COMPANY?
A. AutoSport Collision works with almost every insurance company. We work with your insurance company but we work for you!

Q. WHAT ARE THE LAWS IN COLORADO REGARDING WHERE I TAKE MY CAR FOR REPAIRS?
A. In the State of Colorado, YOU have the right to choose the facility for the repair of your damaged vehicle. If your vehicle repair is going through an insurance company – they may require you to go to one of their preferred shops to get an estimate. This estimate is taken to the repair shop you choose to repair your vehicle. Please remember, the insurance company cannot dictate where your vehicle is repaired.

Q. DO YOU DO ONLY INSURANCE REPAIRS?
A. No! AutoSport Collision does the same quality repair whether it is insurance pay or customer pay. From minor scratches to major collisions our goal is a quality repair with customer satisfaction.

Q. WHEN DO I PAY FOR THE REPAIR?
A. Payment is due when the vehicle repair is completed. If using insurance, any check issued to you for the repair, can be given to AutoSport Collision as payment. Any deductible is also due when you pick up your vehicle.

Q. WHAT KINDS OF PAYMENTS DO YOU ACCEPT?
A. We accept Debit Cards, insurance checks, personal checks (made payable to AutoSport with proper id) and cash.

Q. DO YOU WARRANTY YOUR REPAIR?
A. We take pride in our workmanship and we guarantee our labor repairs on your vehicle for as long as you own it. Paint, sublet repairs and parts are subject to the guarantee of those suppliers. A written warranty is provided upon repair completion and must be presented when warranty work is requested.

Q. HOW DO I SCHEDULE A RENTAL CAR?
A. We will be happy to schedule a rental car reservation when you are ready to repair your vehicle. The rental company requires a valid driver’s license and a major credit card. We will contact the rental car company, either Enterprise or Hertz to make your reservation. We will give them the date and time that a rental car is needed and they will meet you here at AutoSport Collision.
